- Free advisory on which funding route fits a project.
- Pre-feasibility support, especially for LAs and smaller MATs.
- Pipeline aggregation to enable joint procurement.
- Pre-Salix-portal sanity check on GCC and eligibility.
What hubs do not do
They do not write feasibility studies, do not act as bid consultants, do not deliver works. The 'free' boundary is advisory.
