The Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme is the single most material capital-grant route for school decarbonisation, and the public information about it is fragmented across Salix, DESNZ, DfE and a long tail of consultancy blog posts. A bursar working a 6-8 week bid window needs a primary-source-only reference; that is what this site is.
